What’s refund policy?

15 days money back guarantee for any plan. Anyway, you can try the Free version before buying to see if Gridbox is right for you.

What is a Project?

A project is a website or web app template that you build in Gridbox. With Pro Plan, you can publish projects to a Netlify with a custom domain for free or export the code.

Can I cancel my Pro plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. If you do, you'll be downgraded to the free plan, where you can create one project with one page. You won't be locked out of any sites that have pro plans set up, even if you're on the free plan however, you cannot export the code when you're in the free plan.

How Gridbox Pro plan auto-renewed?

Pro plan is auto-renewed at the end of each billing cycle (month). When you subscribe to any plan, you automatically activate a recurring payment for the plan. To ensure that your account plan doesn’t auto-renew at the end of the billing period, cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.

Can I stop a plan from auto-renewing?

You can only cancel auto renewal of Pro plan. Canceling a Pro plan, will immediately downgrade the features to Free plan.
